2. Approve minutes 19 June 2019

3. Internal Audit 2018 - 19
Mr Geoff Booth, Internal Auditor had carried out the internal audit and sent his report together with a variance analysis, reconciliation of income and expenditure, fixed asset register, bank reconciliation, report on other risk areas.
4. Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2018/19 Part 2; approve Certificate of Exemption
The Councillors unanimously approved the Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2018/19 Part 2 which was signed by the Chairman and the Clerk.
The Councillors approved the Certificate of Exemption which was signed by the Chairman and the Clerk and will be sent to PKF Littlejohn.
5. Annual Accounts
The Annual Accounts were unanimously approved; the receipts and payments book was signed by the Chairman and the Clerk.
