New Traffic Mangament Plan available for comments
The purpose of this Report is to provide analysis of the traffic problems in the Parish and examine viable mitigation options to reduce the risk to all road users. It considers all road and footway users and includes public rights of way that emanate from the public road network; it can potentially affect, but is not limited to:
- Vehicle drivers
- Pedestrians
- Cyclists
- Horse Riders
- HGV movements
- Farm vehicles
- Public Transport
- Emergency services
